In this role you will play a valuable role in the day-to-day operations of two busy bed and breakfasts by providing exceptional guest services, assist with daily operations, and provide a welcoming environment to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Inn Management:
- Greet and check-in/check-out guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer phones and make reservations. Competency in using a light computer application required.
- Provide concierge services, including recommending local attractions, dining, and activities.
- Light housekeeping to assist with maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and inquiries to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Support the Innkeeper with administrative tasks such as reservations, inventory management, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant service, and event management, or a similar role is helpful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Maturity, reliability and a great work ethic essential.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings for events.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a small team.

- Ability to stand for periods of time, walk stairs and lift to 25 lbs..
