Job Description:
We’re seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential support to our team. This role involves a variety of front desk responsibilities and plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments
  • Maintaining and updating the client database
  • Greeting clients
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Assisting with additional office tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs and office technology
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Previous experience in an office setting preferred, but not required
Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule available during regular business hours
