Job Description:
We’re seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential support to our team. This role involves a variety of front desk responsibilities and plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming client appointments
- Maintaining and updating the client database
- Greeting clients
- Providing general administrative support
- Assisting with additional office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic computer programs and office technology
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred, but not required
Schedule:
- 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule available during regular business hours
