Responsibilities
Develop and execute organic social media strategies for clients across multiple industries
Create and schedule engaging social media posts (text, images, videos, and reels)
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement opportunities
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
Research trends, hashtags, and industry best practices to improve content performance
Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with SEO, paid ads, and overall marketing goals
Assist with additional marketing tasks, including blog writing, email marketing, and website updates
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Strong portfolio of past social media work (please provide links or samples)
Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Excellent writing and communication skills with a knack for engaging storytelling
Understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data for optimization
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Availability to work in-office in Niantic as needed, minimum once a week
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!)
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact)
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
Video editing skills for creating social media reels and TikToks
