Licensed Clinican Social Worker
Westbrook Youth and Family Services (WYFS) is seeking a qualified Licensed Clinician to provide outpatient psychotherapy services on a per diem basis. The clinician will provide individual, family, and couples counseling to children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive and collaborative environment. Services will be provided both in-office and through Telehealth, offering flexibility while ensuring accessible, high-quality behavioral health care.

Valid State of CT professional license (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC) allowing independent practice without supervision.

Clinicians with an LMSW are encouraged to apply

Strong working knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, SFBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).

Prior experience providing psychotherapy.

Excellent active listening, communication, and crisis-management skills.

Being organized and detail oriented.
