Artist Lisa Ludwig’s design foundation was set with a BFA in Surface Pattern Design from Syracuse University along with New Your City design experience with Wamsutta & Covington Fabrics. Lisa is a former resident artist of FVAC (Farmington Valley Arts Center) in Avon, CT.
She has shown her work at The Paradise City Arts Festival in Northampton, The Hillstead Museum in Farmington & has had her work featured at “Chatham Home” on the Cape, Root Home Decor in Manasquan & Peachtree Designs in Naples.
Lisa creates, displays & sells all of her own original works in her studio/gallery at 274 Main Street in Old Saybrook. She primarily creates in acrylic but has a passion for mixed media as well. Chunky wood panels, gallery style canvas & floating frames are Lisa’s go to foundation items. Her work often includes ink, paper, thread, resin & even a little bit of local sand!
