Shoreline Happy Paws to celebrate 31st Professional Pet Sitters Week™ March 2-8

Business owner, Adriana Valle, will use the annual observance to encourage local pet owners to learn more about the advantages of using a professional pet care company and highlight the enrichment professional pet-care services provide.

Shoreline Happy Paws encourages pet parents to join them in celebrating the 31st Annual Professional Pet Sitters Week, March 2-8 2025. Professional Pet Sitters Week (PPSW) was introduced by Pet Sitters International (PSI) in 1995.
PSI is the world's largest educational association for professional pet sitters and represents more than 4,000 member businesses in the United States, Canada, and more than 20 other countries.

Shoreline Happy Paws has been a member of PSI since 2014 and offers services to pet parents in Old Saybrook, Essex, Westbrook, Clinton, Madison, Deep River, Chester, Haddam, Higganum, Old Lyme, Lyme, East Lyme, Niantic, Waterford, Groton, Uncasville, Gales Ferry, New London, Mystic & Noank.

PSI created PPSW to educate pet owners about the advantages of using professional pet sitters and highlight the important work of this profession. Today, we want to cover what makes a pet sitter professional when our industry is entirely unregulated.
