Volunteer for The Pete Mezzetti Show

looking for a great volunteer opportunity??

Thank you for expressing an interest in volunteering for the Pete Mezzetti Show. I wanted to give you a brief rundown.

I film two episodes in one night, typically Monday evenings. Crew call is 5 pm, and the first show will begin at 5:30 pm. The second show will begin shortly after at 6:30 pm. There are numerous opportunities for you to be involved in, whether that is being a camera operator, or working in the control room manning the audio board or directing. Emily and Annemarie are responsible for the studio's operation and will train you on the cameras to start. You will need to be trained on the cameras before the first show. If you arrive at the time of crew call, you can do your training during that time. You also will need to fill out access forms that must be signed by a parent or guardian if you are under 18. Emily can provide you with digital Access Forms to print and fill out to bring with you for your first taping.

Since this is a volunteer opportunity, you can receive volunteer hours to fulfill any school requirements. You are responsible for keeping track of your hours, but Emily, the public access coordinator, will sign off on any necessary sheets.

I send weekly email reminders about the upcoming shows. Please respond to inform me if you will attend, as I rely on volunteers. This is not a weekly commitment, but it is a fun and unique opportunity for you to get community service hours or experience in the television industry.

I look forward to working with you.

Thank you,

Pete
